FORMATION OF FUTURE SOCIAL WORKERS’ PROFESSIONAL ETHICS AT UNIVERSITIES: CONCEPTUAL PROVISIONS
Introduction. The globalization and transformational processes taking place in modern higher education have led to unprecedented changes, where the teaching staff should bear some responsibility for the level of professional knowledge, their quality, based on basic academic and ethical values. By creating a concept for shaping the professional ethics of future social workers at universities, we should take into account those modern changes that have affected higher education - on the one hand, and the lack of moral value orientations in society as well as in the youth environment - on the other.
Methods of definition of conceptual foundations of formation of professional ethics of future specialists of social work at universities. Results. The concept of the research is to create a pedagogical system of formation of professional ethics of future social workers in the universities, it is the content of the moral component of the permanent scientific-methodical and professional ethics to support the future professionals of social work at the University that will enable the implementation of ethically directed professional activity in the social sphere. Formation of professional ethics of future specialists in social work at universities makes it possible to master the new professional and ethical knowledge and skills of solving practical and operational tasks, satisfying cognitive interests and needs. Such a process should proceed on the basis of specific features of professional ethics; personal needs in the formation, improvement, selfimprovement and self-development of the student. The effectiveness of this work is determined by the level of formation of social workers in the system of professional and ethical knowledge and skills.
Originality. It is in the outline of the concept of the formation of professional ethics for future social workers at universities.
Conclusion. Consequently, we can state that the proposed concept is a set of key positions and ideas that fully and comprehensively reveals the essence, content and features of the problem under study, is the basic, starting point for justifying the pedagogical system for the formation of professional ethics for future social workers of universities.
