Анотація
Дослідження розкриває особливості діяльності закладів вищої освіти стосовно реалізації концепції розвитку освіти дорослих в Британії. Зокрема, розглядаються провідні чинники, які зорієнтували вищу школу на потреби дорослих споживачів; аналізуються особливості урядової політики та основні реформи, спрямовані на розвиток та підтримку освіти дорослих у британській вищій освіті; подано сучасні типи закладів вищої освіти Британії, які працюють з дорослим студентом; описується загальна схема навчання дорослих за університетськими програмами; висвітлюються перспективи реалізації позитивного досвіду в межах вітчизняної системи освіти дорослих.
