Анотація

 

Introduction. The article refers to the need to study the problems of training of specialists of the hotel industry as a factor of tourism development. Analyzing researches of scientists, we can conclude that this issue is given a lot of attention for training of professional tourism industry – a profession of the future, is facing many challenges as a result of which it has perfected. After a professional training in a market environment should be carried out on the basis of competent approach with justification of appropriate educational goals Recognized as major flaws in the organization of professional education of the tourism sector in Ukraine; generalized positive experience of higher education institutions that are members of the European Union. The contents of the training requirements of future professional activity, the link training with work experience, training in the workplace, the relationship of theoretical courses with practical subjects, continuous training in the workplace during training in high school is what forms the basis of competent approach in the training of tourism in the EU.

 

Purpose. To analyse the problem of training of specialists of the hotel industry.

 

Methods. Benchmark analysis is used.

 

Results. In the training of hotel industry humanistic values should occupy an important place. Specialist with humanistic composition, with a high sense of responsibility can inspire others to take leadership positions, according to the slogan «today are looking for – personality».

 

Our task than to give expertise - should teach students to look at everything that happens eyes of the customer. Only then can we succeed. Putting yourself in the client can not find a way out standard situation. And so the fundamental principles of professional training of professionals of the hotel industry in the EU are: integrity, openness, accessibility, flexibility, insight, self-organization. Experts from the EU meet European standards and have a completely different style of work. This is known investors and this is a barrier to investment. Further study of the problem of training of specialist of hotel industry provides searching for the ways of introducing the got experience in condition of modern professional activity and use the contents, forms and methods of training specialist in high educational institutions of the countries of the European Alliance.

 

            Conclusion. This article does not dip out all problems of professional training of specialists of hotel industry, and only underlines the necessity of it subsequent development, in particular perfection of educational technologies and strategies in activity of teachers of higher educational establishments, use of technologies of positive decision of contradictions, in an educational process. Subsequent research of problem of training of specialists of hotel industry is foreseen by the search of ways of introduction of the obtained experience in the conditions of modern professional activity and introduction of maintenance, forms and methods of training of specialists of higher educational establishments of countries of EU.
