Methodology of management development of control and analytical competence of physical education teachers
Introduction. The important objectives that are imposed today by the society for the training of qualified specialists in the sphere of physical culture and sports, predestines the need to rethink requirements to the professional activity of physical education teachers, especially those responsible for quality assurance of training of students – future teachers of physical education, athletes, coaches, managers, physical culture and sports.
Purpose. Find out the methodology of the problem of management development of control and analytical competence of physical education teachers.
Results. It defines the essence of concepts «management», subordinated relation between its subjects vertically and horizontally. It is established that in the sphere of physical culture and sport methodology of research of problems of development management of analytical competence of physical education teachers presents a number of such theories: the theory of movement construction, theory of adaptation, the theory of functional systems and control theory.
Originality. It is shown that in the sphere of physical culture and sports of the control object are: 1) the subjects of the process to their needs, physical culture and sports; 2) sports science, which includes a set of principles, tools, methods and forms of physical education and sports training; 3) results of physical improvement; 4) pedagogical, professional and public frames; 5) logistical and
financial resources. Structure analytical competence of physical education teachers as well as general management and specific principles of management of its development is disclosed.
Conclusion. We attempt to summarize the research methodology management challenges the development of analytical competence of physical education teachers have made it possible to elucidate the theory, principles, form the basis for the development of identified problems. Taking into account the scientific heritage of Russian and foreign specialists in the field of management, and also physical culture and sports established the structure of the analytical competence of physical education teachers. Manage the development of the teachers in the vertical and horizontal directions will enhance the effectiveness of physical education of students in educational process of higher educational institutions, approximation of their level of physical fitness and sports to the world's requirements for ensuring the competitiveness in today's job market.
