Анотація

This report presents a study on the possibilities of Educational-training Enterprises which recently are initiated in high school education to master the key competencies in entrepreneurship. Along with this, however, it is proved that its effective functioning leads to and requires development of personal skills and qualities in high school students as young entrepreneurs outside the perimeter of general economic competence. Defined as "soft" skills they constitute the human of change and guarantee the successful manifestation of the entrepreneurial competence.
