Social and economic, political changes, which are now being introduced in Ukraine in all spheres of social life, are the reflection of the inadequacy of the new approaches and ways of solving the problems of the modern specialist’s professional training. The changes that take place dictate the necessity to form a personality who is able to live in conditions of uncertainty, creative responsible personality, stress-resistant, able to carry out constructive and competent actions in various spheres of life activities. The approach to training a modern specialist on the basis of competences is the most promising. It allows you to see the picture strategically as well as to provide high flexibility. It has been stated that "competence" serves as the main tool for modernizing the content of education, since it combines the intellectual and skill components of the education result, integrates the skills and knowledge that relate to different areas of professional activity.
