Pedagogical conditions of the primary school teacher’s willingness to diagnostic activities in personal and developmental education system

Abstract


 In the article the author considers the problem of the willingness of the primary school teachers to diagnostic activities in the system of personal and development education; determines its specificity and peculiarities. Diagnostic activity of the primary school teacher’s, the author shows as a creative and innovative, because during its implementation the teacher realizes the new tasks and content of the activity. Diagnostic activity of a teacher is an integral part of his teaching culture, represents the essential characteristics of personality and skill level. The author identifies the shortcomings in the diagnostic of teachers who work in the system by developing education and analyzes the results of the survey, which was conducted among school headmasters, chairmen of methodological unification, primary school teachers. In the article the author reveals the essence of diagnostic activities and outlines its components (value and meaning, motivation and contents, creative and technological); defines effective pedagogical conditions that determine the willingness of the primary school teachers to the diagnostic work in personal and developmental education.
